Please note
All Services require a non-refundable booking fee to be paid in order to secure the appointment.
All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice, in order to be changed and the booking fee transferred over. Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, forfeits the booking.
For root touch up appointments, this can only be carried out within 8 weeks of the last colour appointment by myself. After 8 weeks, it will be charged as a full head colour.
Cut and blow dry appointments must have freshly washed hair.
ALL lash infill appointments must be carried out within 21 days of the last lash appointment with myself. If it falls outside of the 21 day period, then you will be charged accordingly – either for a removal and a full set or a full set.
All services that require a patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Please note all colour services prices are only a guide, as actual costs will be dependant on the existing colour, length and thickness of your hair at the time of the appointment. Clarification of actual costs will be discussed during the consultation.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a service you have received, you must notify myself (Victoria), within 24 hours of the serice being carried out. I will, where possible, do my best to see you withing the next 24 hours to rectify the issue. There are no refunds for services carried out.
